100% Smoke Free Hotel – Smoking in a non smoking room will result in a charge
We are a non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $150.00 charge for returning the room or area to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
All guest rooms are located on the first and second floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. We can only promise a first floor room if requested upon direct online booking and insert the request or call us at 970-984-2363 to make a note after a booking is made.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
We have a limited quantity of designated pet friendly rooms, please book the pet friendly room type to ensure accommodations. Pet charges apply, expect $20 per pet per night in pet charge. Maximum 2 pets per room.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $5 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to TV remote controls, towels, bed linens, pillows, alarm clock, pool towels, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
